I brought 3 items of clothing in to be cleaned. A maxi dress, a tank blouse, and a belted dress. I was charged for 4 items because the belt was somehow considered a 4th item. The maxi dress alone was over $20. My total was over $50. That is outrageous for what I brought in. I doubt I'll return to Swansons.

I brought in two cotton sweater vests and was charged $8.80 each. I checked a couple of other cleaners and your price is a dollar higher. On the bright side, the sweaters look great.

Unfortunately, my first experience was when I went to pick-up my vests an unhappy customer was having a words with the counter person and a manager on the phone. Fortunately, I've managed retail stores in SF, Marin, Berkeley, and have owned my own business for the last 30 years. Was not happy that you couldn't get the spots out that I bought the dress in for and I was able to at home later. Your morning clerk, a nice Mexicanan lady was really good though. The afternoon clerk was less so.
