Current managers and employees at the H Street location do a great job and properly solve some issues experienced in the past. For example, previous shirts frequently had broken or missing buttons.
I felt like I was overcharged for one item.
A hassle free experience and good customer service. I especially love the fact the cleaners is just a few blocks from my house.

The quality of the service was fine. I was a little taken back for being charged the so much for a waste coat. My waste coat cost more than my slacks.
