Great overall experience. Clean clothes and happy.
The clerk was very friendly and helpful. When I picked up the men's shirt, I noticed that a few spots on the front remained, and she cheerfully suggested that she could send it through again, which I did. Great customer service!
Service was great. Quick, efficient and I really liked the email notifications.

The notification / reminder of when my clothes are ready for pick up is very helpful. The young woman working the counter was engaging. She clearly communicated when my next order would be ready (even handed me a reminder slip) and was prompt in retrieving my current order from the rack. Didn't bother me but I did notice that she was not wearing a uniform.
I came to pick up my dry cleaned clothes and was told by the cashier that cash is not accepted. I told her she she should have told me when I brought the clothes in and she said there is a sign that say no cash. The sign was small and faded and unreadable.i was upset and had to to pay with credit card which I normally don't do. I will not be going back.
Two pairs of shorts and one short sleeve blouse costs $41.00 to dry clean at this place. Outrageous prices. Will never return
Every time I come in with slacks I say no pleat, but every time I get them they are pleated. I’m not sure if this costs more but can’t understand the disconnect. I recently had a pair of slacks dry cleaned and a short sleeve button up Hawaiian shirt. It was over $26 for just these two items! The crazy thing is I always just have these two items and the price changes every time. Almost like whoever is working has discretion to classify the shirt or slacks differently to change the price.
