Once again the shirt buttons were fastened that I didn’t want to be ( top) and others were unfastened which I did NOT want. I have discussed this directly with a. Swansons rep but obviously to no avail.
When I brought in my plain cotton robe to be washed and ironed I was quoted a price around $8 My credit card was charged $17.60 Shocked and unhappy I appreciate delivery service as I have a serious medical issue and can do longer drive However, as a senior citizen I cannot afford your prices Susan Burke
Suggest changing hours of operation to Noon to 6pm, M-F. Currently, hours of operation are 11am-5pm weekdays and closed on weekends. Understanding COVID has impacted all facets of life, staying open till 6pm would benefit many who are still working at offices during regular business hours and who can’t get to the cleaners during current hours. Thanks.
It took a week to get my order completed. Not good.

Stains out- on time and friendly service to boot
Person behind there desk was not attentive. Every time I come in the person behind the desk takes my items and counts them. That way both parties are clear on what was dropped off. In this case I was asked how many items. I was thinking you she should be counting them and making sure what I’m dropping off is correct . Attention to detail is what I’m paying for. Maybe she was having a bad day but the intake process should be the same every time. Other than that the service and results are always good .
The drop off was great. Employee was helpful and polite. Pick up was not as good. Employee working Saturday shift was unprepared, and not able to find suit for my husband. We had to return with slip and copies of email. Then he had issues updating card on file, it was a bit frustrating. Perhaps more training is needed.
Way to expensive! Going back to old cleaners.
