Brought my pants in for heavy starch on Sat..came on Tues morning and no heavy starch..the employee was probably under the impression that I wanted to take them..I had to indicate that I wanted heavy starch...pants sent back..next day got them..but only received credit for the heavy starch ..I feel I should've received full credit..took off extra charge for the heavy starch..and I HAD to ask for some type of credit and only received 10% off!!. I brought a uniform shirt in that I needed to look real nice for a ceremony. There are multiple lines creased across the front of the shirt and front pocket. I’ve never experienced this in all my time bringing Uniform shirts to dry cleaners. I now have to either iron it myself or re-wash it and run it through the dryer.

The place always smells like different types of food. And so does the clothes once it's been cleaned. Paying $14 to just steam a dress, that dress shouldn't smell like onions. Only when all other options are not available will I go back to this place.
