Wow have to say after being in business since 1980 (44+years) this is a first time negative review of any type judging how we treat people. Actually it is normally praise for having a team of passionate people happily engaged with the culture here at SCC and to honest, Not even sure how to respond other than the fact that obviously you do not know Us very well. I wish you well.
Several times I’ve utilized the Sun Coast Cleaners, Christy has been available to help me with my Dry Cleaning order and even went so far as finding my un-named Order as well. Today, I observed her coming out to the Front to assist a new Customer and was effective in her communication with the Customer. And has provided me with Outstanding Customer Service. If there was some type of compensation to provide would be very satisfactory 100%.

No pricing or listing of services that can be provided. No way to get this information
Your clerk could not find me in your computer. So she gave me a generic ticket with no price, name, or description. Most importantly, no pricing. I questioned it she said she would call me with price. She was having "computer" trouble. I've been there before and was happy with my results. I dropped of 4 sheet gauze panels. When I want to pick them up the price was more than the sheets were worth. I asked that they work with me or let a manger help me. No help. Cashier was alone. I just picked up my order. My black blazer is a disaster. I dropped off a total of 7 items…The rest of the order is fine. My blazer has lots of lints all over it and human (long) hairs, It doesn’t smell clean and not pressed!
