Business response:
Jim, thank you so much for the star rating! We hope to see you again.
I liked it until I tried to get my item out of the kiosk. I almost got stuck in the kiosk. The hanger on the coat didn’t catch on the little metal catcher thing and dropped on the floor. I had to reach through the window to try to reach it and the automatic window thing started closing on my face. I thought I might get stuck. I don’t even know if there were workers there. I did manage to get out and get my sons coat out but it was pretty scary!!
Business response:
Barb, there is a help button on each screen that connects directly to a team member readily available to assist you should you need help without you having to reach inside. Glad all ended well.
Service good. Clothes full of lint. I'm afraid to ask for dry cleaning. $$$$
Everything is also done on time! But I prefer the coupons for dry cleaning more than the housegoods. Please send me coupons for drying cleaning? They are appreciated very much.
Business response:
Joni, thank you so much for the star rating! We hope to see you again.
Your email for the Sun Country Cleaners app on the iStore keeps showing not available.
You no longer have anyone in the store to help, assist in any way. I will taking my business elsewhere. I have been a customer for 10 years or should now say was a customer!
Dry cleaning was good but my Tom James hangers were not returned to me and I would like them back or compensation for it.
Got your email indicating you have a new mobile app. Your app doesn't exist on the App Store. This is the 2nd time I've received such an email and the 2nd time there is no app. What's going on?
I want to get OFF your email list…now!
