I liked it until I tried to get my item out of the kiosk. I almost got stuck in the kiosk. The hanger on the coat didn’t catch on the little metal catcher thing and dropped on the floor. I had to reach through the window to try to reach it and the automatic window thing started closing on my face. I thought I might get stuck. I don’t even know if there were workers there. I did manage to get out and get my sons coat out but it was pretty scary!!

Everything is also done on time! But I prefer the coupons for dry cleaning more than the housegoods. Please send me coupons for drying cleaning? They are appreciated very much.

Dry cleaning was good but my Tom James hangers were not returned to me and I would like them back or compensation for it.
Okay! Cleaning take Clerk accepted cleaning but asked for charge card in order to provide service - still not acceptable. Shirt had to be recleaned as usual for ring around the collar - still unacceptable that charge card fee had to be accepted prior to accepting cleaning, No way to make notations of spots, type of stain, starch etc. Just expect cleaning service to do what’s necessary - unacceptable. Miss true customer service!
Great way to drop off dry cleaning….Tracy on premise assisted in my first visit. 24 hour service, the new way to take are of your dry cleaning needs 👍

Several times I’ve utilized the Sun Coast Cleaners, Christy has been available to help me with my Dry Cleaning order and even went so far as finding my un-named Order as well. Today, I observed her coming out to the Front to assist a new Customer and was effective in her communication with the Customer. And has provided me with Outstanding Customer Service. If there was some type of compensation to provide would be very satisfactory 100%.
