Clothes was ready on time and in good condition. However it took the employee a long time to find my clothes and when he finally found it I had to wait a while again because the computer system was being slow he tried another computer and had the same issue.
Could not believe that I was able to drop my order off in the morning and got notification already that afternoon that my order was completed and ready for pick-up. Very pleasant staff also.

Make sure all associates understand the pricing policy. I was quoted a much lower price than the service actually cost. I appreciate that the person waiting on me when I picked up my order did honor the quote, but it was awkward for both of us.
