After years of going to Flair we had a very disappointing cycle, with items continuously getting done wrong or ruined so we stopped going there. I've just decided to give it another try. I had a pair of jeans altered (hemmed and legs taken in). Service was excellent; with no appt the tailor fitted me immediately. They were ready the next day with seamless alterations (pun intended). Immediate and courteous service on all fronts. My new cleaners.
