It was my first time at Flair and everyone at was great but I do wish that I was more aware of the prices. For the mens button up shirts that I brought in, I said Dry Clean but I wasn't aware that would cost $8.95 a shirt compared to laundering then at $3.50. If I had been told, I would have gotten them laundered.

People there are great, cleaning is always perfect as is the shirt laundering! Everything is always ready by 5 PM the next day!

It was my first time at Flair and costumer service was great.
I have had alterations done on two formal pieces -- a bridesmaid's dress, and a jumpsuit for my bridal shower. They did a fantastic job on both: the work was high-quality, quick and reasonably priced (there are always coupons available on their website). All staff is very friendly, as well. A solid, trustworthy place!

Great service and very fast. My only thing was I looked at my receipt and it was not clear how much each pieces cost. It would be helpful if it said shirts laundered...shirts dry cleaned, etc.
