You were making good on a sewing job on a shirt I brought in previously that you didn't sew. This time, great job. The fact that you didn't charge me for this error, further reinforces my loyalty to your company for its excellent service!!
Make sure all associates understand the pricing policy. I was quoted a much lower price than the service actually cost. I appreciate that the person waiting on me when I picked up my order did honor the quote, but it was awkward for both of us.

All the clerks are helpful and interested in delivering good service. I like getting reminders when my clothes are ready even though they are always ready the next day.
