We gathered items we don't usually dry clean to take in with the special 25% off coupon and mentioned the coupon at drop off. We were told it would be applied. When we picked up our special, large dry cleaning order -no coupon was applied on our receipt. We asked about it and were told a credit could not be given but we could use the coupon with next drop off. It took a week to get my laundry.And one of the lady was rude
I wish I could provide no stars and proceed. The store employee was so obnoxious it was almost laughable. He could not explain my charges and proceeded to insult me. I can assure you I won’t ever visit your store again.

We had a terrible experience! I dropped my husbands clothes off on Tuesday (it had all of his brand new work shirts, plus some shirts and jeans) and was told they would be ready on Thursday after 6:00pm. I showed up Thursday to pick up his clothes and the young girl tells me she doesn’t have any of our clothes, and that they weren’t supposed to be there until Friday after 6:00pm. My comforter shrank and the filling was bunched up all around. I cannot use it anymore. The people were nice but I guess I was surprised at the outcome. I've always thought Pilgrim's was the best.

Terrible customer service, and worst of all, it came from the Stewart Road Pilgrim manager! They promised to have our clothes done in three days, then when I needed them the following weekend (two days after when they were to be finished), still no clothes.
