I gave my email on the company’s website for the promised $5 coupon and I never received it. The manager claimed she had zero control on that and could not give me a $5 discount. A 20% discount was also advertised in-store and the manager claimed I recurved it, but it did not show on receipt and I paid full price. I do not trust this company and would discourage people from going here.
Sent wife’s work shirts so we didn’t have to iron. They came back pressed but very wrinkled. Enough so where we will have to iron at home after paying for them to be done properly.

My order was due on Wednesday at 6. I arrived Thursday at 10 am. I was informed that my clothes”didn’t make the truck. I had to return for the third time to pick them up. No discount or sorry for tardiness on your part.
With the exception of Ms. Mya, who is so sweet and wonderful. I have tried two days in a row to pick up my shoes. Your outside sign says that you close at 6:00 pm but I arrived (after driving super fast, to get there before 6) at 5:53 pm CLOSED...2nd time I arrived at 5:54 pm ALSO CLOSED. I can't even give a fair review of services because I have yet to pick up my shoes, I left for repair. This is AWFUL You need to get someone who will actually WORK until 6!
Picked up my items (1 short & 1 long sleeve cashmere sweater & a mini dress w embroidery), none of which had the usual paper tag safety pinned to the item or hanger. They didn’t smell like dry cleaned items always smell & one sweater had the creases still in that came from shipping. Wondering if they actually cleaned my stuff, and $32?!? Seriously?!?
Paid almost 30.00 for a dress and blazer, thats way too much! lady at drive thru was very rude when i asked to purchase a few plastic garment bags, she plainly said NO in a mean tone. I won't be using Pilgrim Cleaners any longer.

Pilgrims Cleaner 10450 FM 1463 (Alaina). Not the Pilgrims Cleaner of old. #1: Didn’t remove the stains #2 Destroyed the closure on my outfit. I took this vest to an original PILGRIMS CLEANER about 2 years old, they did a great job. Removed stains and closure just fine. The vest actually looks worst than it did when I took end. DON’T BE FOOLED BY THESE FRANCHISEE.
