They charge more than how was my total I will never go again. They said the shirts are 2.39 and 20 % but it wasn’t

Did not apply the coupon we gave when we dropped off laundry and the girl working could not give us the price of the coupon costing me approximately $15 extra dollars. This has occurred several times before.

Two weeks ago I sent a top for alterations. I wanted the sleeve hems to be top stitched.because the hems wouldn’t press smoothly. The top came back with the sleeves machine blind stitched and not pressed flat. I showed Derrick an example of what had already been done on a similar shirt. I sent the top back and explained clearly and by example how I wanted the alterations to look when finished. I was told my jacket would be ready Monday 24th. I did not look at the fine print that said after 6 pm. I went to get my jacket in the morning and obviously it was not there. Then later in the day I received an email that it was in. SUGGESTION: Have clerk just tell customer he will receive an EMAIL WHEN IT IS READY FOR PICK ON THE SPECIFIED DAY. That way no confusion.
Ordered Pants Heavy Starch came back NO STARCH and took two days to do it. Worse service ever.
