Dry cleaning and press. I have not worn it yet and pants are folded on a hanger. I hope there is no creases. 👍
I have been using a dry cleaner that was a little cheaper than Pilgrims Frwd and I recently went on a 7 day cruise only to find out when I unbagged my clothes to get dressed for the 2 formal dinners that my suits were pressed but not cleaned or at least thats what I think. I brought all my clothes to Pilgrims Frwd when I returned and told the lady about my concerns. She explained the stains may not come out now. THEY DID! The service at drop-off and pick up was good. One of the 2 spots was removed. One was left.
Promised my garment On a Monday and didn’t come in the following Saturday.. They apologized, but got 20% off (my online coupon) and no other discounts. I sure thought I should have gotten more off but didn’t. Staff is not very nice!!
Shirts are only pressed, not actually steam cleaned. Sweat and food stains that easily come off in wash remain when I drop the off at pilgrims. This is a major issue when load up close for business travel only to find you need to go out and by new or have them rush recleaned.
I was rip off
New to the island. The shirt was properly starched. The cost was way outta line for shirts to be laundered- $4.40 each. Way over priced. Will start dropping my shorts off near work in Houston- just as convenient and much more reasonable
She cleans my Santa suit and has never done me wrong... I hear Sant's have had cleaners ruin the fur on their suit... Always looks new after a cleaning at Pilgrim Cleaners... #1 cleaners in the area ..
