They do a good job but are just too expensive even with coupon. Almost $5 for one pair of pants and that’s with a coupon! Too much competition in the area that also do a great job and are half the cost and have better deals/coupons! I won’t use them again
Prices are to expensive.
They messed up my son's baptism outfit literally they removed the stitching it had and rhinestones off his jacket an outfit that cost $175 now Monday the manager is supposed to be there to fix this I don't see how but I want my money back what I pay for the outfit if they cannot fix it the right way so I can buy him another one! I never been to a dry cleaners ever and this was a horrible experience never again..
When I brought my 4 blouses in and 1 white business jacket that had never been worn before but packed away, I was told it would be $4.95 each. I thought this was pricey but being new to the area I left my things. I told her it was pricey and she said it will probably be $5 each as she doesn’t price them. Again another price and higher. When I picked up my order it was $28 and change. I will not be returning.
Very unhappy. Shirt has deep wrinkles and leather jackets smell terrible!
Had to go to the cleaners twice because it 2 units were not available the first trip. I also asked about the $10 October discount and was told that was only available when you turn the clothing in. I have no way of knowing if I got it or not.
Better customer service. For what I paid I expect someone not be rude
I requested heavy starch and press on my dress shirts. All the shirts had heavy starch but none of them were pressed. All had wrinkles. I had to iron a shirt in order to wear it for work. None of them had the red tag that is usually on them showing they were pressed.
Price was way higher than the League City Pilgrims and we are missing a pair of expensive jeans.
