I brought in shoes needing heel caps replaced. The store employee was very friendly and courteous. A few days later, they were repaired. I was very happy with their work and service, I will definitely use their service again.

My comforter shrank and the filling was bunched up all around. I cannot use it anymore. The people were nice but I guess I was surprised at the outcome. I've always thought Pilgrim's was the best.
The young man working provided excellent customer service. He was polite, and offered to help me get all my laundry in the car.
