The customer service rep did not have a good bedside manner. She had a very dry tone. She got my ticket wrong and tried giving me someone else’s dry cleaning. My order was suppose to be ready Monday the 26th. I asked for a discount and it was flat out No. Moreover, she didn’t even thank me for service when she checked me out.
Cant download the mobile app because it says its for an older version of android. (My phone is 2 years old).

There is only ONE reason that I use Pilgrims. It certainly isn’t the prices because you’re definite higher than other stores. It’s the personalized customer service that I receive from the Manager, Elizabeth. She’s remarkable and ALWAYS willing to help. If you are not paying her at least $50/hour then Pilgrim’s is receiving a bargain. It is really hard to find great help so do what you can to retain her as an employee.
