Always a good experience at Pilgrim!
I was told my jacket would be ready Monday 24th. I did not look at the fine print that said after 6 pm. I went to get my jacket in the morning and obviously it was not there. Then later in the day I received an email that it was in. SUGGESTION: Have clerk just tell customer he will receive an EMAIL WHEN IT IS READY FOR PICK ON THE SPECIFIED DAY. That way no confusion.

Both attendants - when I turned in my clothes and when I picked them up - were very nice and helpful! I'm very pleased with the quality of the cleaning, pressing and packaging of my order. Thank you!!

We gathered items we don't usually dry clean to take in with the special 25% off coupon and mentioned the coupon at drop off. We were told it would be applied. When we picked up our special, large dry cleaning order -no coupon was applied on our receipt. We asked about it and were told a credit could not be given but we could use the coupon with next drop off.
