Dry cleaning and press. I have not worn it yet and pants are folded on a hanger. I hope there is no creases. 👍
I have been using a dry cleaner that was a little cheaper than Pilgrims Frwd and I recently went on a 7 day cruise only to find out when I unbagged my clothes to get dressed for the 2 formal dinners that my suits were pressed but not cleaned or at least thats what I think. I brought all my clothes to Pilgrims Frwd when I returned and told the lady about my concerns. She explained the stains may not come out now. THEY DID! They messed up my son's baptism outfit literally they removed the stitching it had and rhinestones off his jacket an outfit that cost $175 now Monday the manager is supposed to be there to fix this I don't see how but I want my money back what I pay for the outfit if they cannot fix it the right way so I can buy him another one! I never been to a dry cleaners ever and this was a horrible experience never again..
When I brought my 4 blouses in and 1 white business jacket that had never been worn before but packed away, I was told it would be $4.95 each. I thought this was pricey but being new to the area I left my things. I told her it was pricey and she said it will probably be $5 each as she doesn’t price them. Again another price and higher. When I picked up my order it was $28 and change. I will not be returning.

If i could give this place negative stars i would! They lost a second Lilly Pulitzer Dress this week of mine. I should say supposedly lost bc even the lady Esther said under her breathe it could have been stolen. Well after she tried to give me a credit of $75 i said no way i want a check. Well my check was supposed to be there today. My husband went by and Esther had a nasty attitude about it not being in yet as if it's our fault this happened. Paid nearly $70 for dry cleaning and they still lost a suit jacket. manager claims that they have processes in place and they could not have lost it that it was not dropped off. I'm the one who personally dropped off all the suits and dry cleaning so I know exactly how many there were and what was in there. I sent my mom to pick up the dry cleaning and they gave her nine pieces instead of 10. Stay away and don't take anything expensive if you want it cleaned.
