Considering that this is the first time that I have used your services, I was disappointed. I was given a date that my item would be ready, and that day came and went. No call, no email, no nothing with information. I had to go in to get an update, and was informed that my item had not been located (aka missing) and that they would get on it right away... I had some expensive pants cleaned at the Friendswood, TX location. I had them cleaned about a month before my trip. At the end of August when in NM on a special trip, when I put them on they were shrunk like 3 - 4 inches all around. Waist, length ... all over. I called & took them in when I got home. I found no compassion or apology in anyone's attitude that I talked to. A woman that took them the first time was cold & indifferent. Shrunk several items
I was not happy with my last several visits and I have now changed to the cleaners across the street and I'm having a much better experience. On my last several visits to your facility the people were not friendly in the fact that I use coupons but felt guilty doing so. Also I had asked for my clothing to be laundered with light starch but two times in a row they came back dry cleaned. I think your prices are to high
The cost was outrageous! $125 for 28 items? No altering, nothing unusual. And didn't give me the 25% off with a coupon I had! To make matters worse, one of my shirts came back with the same spot on the zipper, that it had when I dropped it off. Interesting...did my clothes even get cleaned and the customer service is just horrible!
You burnt my shirt
I will not return because the cost to have two pair of jeans pressed was twice the amount of other cleaners in the area. Very disappointed.
