I live in Friendswood, Tx. and I am in and out in the cleaners. Janie, the lady that works there is very nice to deal with and she always goes out of her way to do anything to help the client's. When she see's me come in, she will make it an effort to have the clothes on the rack waiting for me to pick them up. She just don't do this for me, she does this for all of her client's. I think you should at least give her a "thank you" for the work that she does.

I have always had great experiences at Pilgrim Cleaners. I had a problem with a blouse, but the situation was resolved quickly and to my great satisfaction. Janie is quick with my clothes and does a great job.
