The prices are too high. It was my first visit, and I see now why they wouldn’t let me pay at drop off....because they would have to tell me the total, and I would have said no. I won’t be back.
I was told when I picked up my jacket that the spots left all over it was mold from Harvey and would not come out. I put leather cleaner on some of the spots and they came right out, they were just dirt from the flood. The 875.00 jacket was wrinkled ,lining torn up and looked like it had been used for second base , It was nothing like that when I brought it in.
Way too expensive! $10.00 per item.... I won’t mske that mistake again. However, I’m pretty certain no one even reads these, so I’m not sure why they are sent out. I have filled one out in the past about how an employee treated me on my visit and I never heard a word. So maybe save some of your marketing money that is wasted to lower the prices for the consumer.
The staff was very friendly - however, when I picked up the cost was way more than I expected. Found out they dry cleaned shirts that we have always had laundered and when I dropped off they were in the "laundry pile". She did give me a store credit since she said I was supposed to be getting one for being a first time customer, but not for dry cleaning shirts that we wanted laundered and couldn't debit my card as I has already paid.
Way to damn expensive. Can go 1 block down the road for half as much and better quality
Poor Customer service, incorrectly charged and my suit was faded as a result of dry cleaning. I would like to speak to the Regional Manager or Corporate because the Stiore Manager was rude and unprofessional.
I brought in a chair cover that had a blood stain. I paid for service. We take it off the hanger and notice the stain is still there. No one mentioned that it could not be removed.....A simple courteous warning would have been nice.
I quit goinng to the pilgrims in Friendswood years ago because you never kn re when you would get go out clothes. So I tried again for the first time in at least 5 years, and again it took 5 days to get 4 shirts and 6 to get the other 3. Even with memorial day in there, that is crazy. I will not return.
There were stains left on at least 3 of my garments that were not there prior to drop off. A pleated dress had lost most of its pleats and did not flow like it previously did. I've already left a comment and no one contacted me, I will have to find another dry cleaners.
