I quit goinng to the pilgrims in Friendswood years ago because you never kn re when you would get go out clothes. So I tried again for the first time in at least 5 years, and again it took 5 days to get 4 shirts and 6 to get the other 3. Even with memorial day in there, that is crazy. I will not return.
The service is and has been great. Although i wish they would let me use any coupons or promotions i have when i pick up my laundry. My husband dropped off and failed to give the promotion, so.i missed out on the 20% savings
There were stains left on at least 3 of my garments that were not there prior to drop off. A pleated dress had lost most of its pleats and did not flow like it previously did. I've already left a comment and no one contacted me, I will have to find another dry cleaners.
