It’s disappointing when explicit dry cleaning instructions and best methods are not followed. On my last visit I left clothing for dry cleaning — specifically requesting that all clothing, including 5 dress shirts, were to be dry cleaned to care for small soiled spots. Hi Jonathan, Thank you for the feedback. I did speak with Reyna the woman that helped you,the reason for the confusion was that your shirts were folded which usually is for a laundered shirt. But she did confirm that in fact your shirts were dry cleaned. In the dry cleaning process most water soluble stains will not come out. Dry cleaning is excellent in removing oil based stains. Went in to Perfect Cleaners on Pico Blvd. to have a suit altered. The tailor was late in finishing the work. A week later he still hadn't started on it. Finally when I got it the quality was horrible. The lining inside the sleeves had huge gaps and was hanging loose. I spoke with the tailor and he said. "It was fine". The clerk said I had to pay full price for it and was rude. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he was not available. I asked her to call the owner and she said he wouldn't pick up the phone...... read more
Don't believe their 4.9 rating... I took a suit in to be altered. The tailor was late in completing the job in fact the day it was due he hadn't even started. When I picked it up the 1 inch shortening of the sleeves was so sloppy and with huge gaps I protested. The Tailor blew me off and said "It was fine". Didn’t follow directions . Shirts came back wrong
I asked for dry clean and they did regular machine wash and ruined my clothes.
Pillow was to be repaired and delivered. I waited almost two weeks after being told that on a Friday two weeks earlier it would be delivered to Le Parc. I went to cleaners and computer was down. After waiting g 30 min they found the pillow and retrieved it.
Brought in toddler’s outfit with Easter egg dye down the front, only wanted them to wash it, as I had no illusions of getting said dye out but didn’t want to chance ruining our washer and dryer! When I picked it up and took a look the dye was completely removed from all outfit items and when I stated my surprise the desk worker stated they worked in it a bit and were able to get it all out!
After we found out why it took so long I think we solved the problem. If I’m correct I leave my bag on tuesdays and you return clothes on Friday. Is that correct.
