Everything about my experience in your store was excellent. The reason I am not giving a full five stars is that I requested that two sweaters that I brought be folded flat. One came back folded on a hanger and the other was hanging on a hanger. I am not happy about that. Now, I have put them away for the summer, and the folding I did is bulkier than it would have been had it been done at the store. Otherwise, the work was fine and I was treated with the utmost courtesy.

I had used a cleaners at Cedars for years. That cleaner had a very hard time cleaning my shirts and at times voiced her concerns. That cleaner also charged me anything that came to her mind as I was paying and on my last visit charged me double with no explanation. So, I went to perfect cleaners and was wowed by the professional service and best of all I get my shirts back in brand new condition and at a great price with no complaining on their part.
