DO NOT GET YOUR DRY CLEANING DONE HERE. I have footage of perfect cleaners picking up the items of mine, which they say they never received (CCTV luckily doesn't lie). All of the items never came back, and instead of having help, I have been ringing for weeks and being told 'the manager is on lunch' and 'we don't have them'. They are liable fully for all items as they picked them up, but refuse to call me back and are extremely rude telling me 'the police will do nothing' when I told them I was making a report. Overcharged, intentionally withheld informing the customer of the up charged when asked and instead of acknowledging and even just saying sorry for the confusion. I’ve been met with rude responses from the lady in the front to the owner himself. No integrity in what they do, sneaky. You’ve been warned.
BEWARE Prices charged aren't prices listed and lady at the front desk argued with me like it’s her business she is protecting. I paid $26 extra and was not ethically informed of the additional fees. Very strange women would just not take my complaint and have the manager call me, simple request!!!!

It’s disappointing when explicit dry cleaning instructions and best methods are not followed. On my last visit I left clothing for dry cleaning — specifically requesting that all clothing, including 5 dress shirts, were to be dry cleaned to care for small soiled spots. On inspection by your staff, it was agreed the dry cleaning was the best option. When I returned, I learned that for some reason for which your staff was unable to explain, the shirts were laundered. Hi Jonathan, Thank you for the feedback. I did speak with Reyna the woman that helped you,the reason for the confusion was that your shirts were folded which usually is for a laundered shirt. But she did confirm that in fact your shirts were dry cleaned. In the dry cleaning process most water soluble stains will not come out. Dry cleaning is excellent in removing oil based stains. Went in to Perfect Cleaners on Pico Blvd. to have a suit altered. The tailor was late in finishing the work. A week later he still hadn't started on it. Finally when I got it the quality was horrible. The lining inside the sleeves had huge gaps and was hanging loose. I spoke with the tailor and he said. "It was fine". The clerk said I had to pay full price for it and was rude. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he was not available. I asked her to call the owner and she said he wouldn't pick up the phone...... read more
