I had used a cleaners at Cedars for years. That cleaner had a very hard time cleaning my shirts and at times voiced her concerns. That cleaner also charged me anything that came to her mind as I was paying and on my last visit charged me double with no explanation. WORST TAILORING SERVICES EVER! Needed sleeves shortened on a brand new jacket. They turned out to be too short. Someone named Maria hung up on me when I called to complain. They want a chance to try to fix sleeves. How exactly can you make a too short sleeve longer with no extra fabric?
