The customer service is excellent and my clothes are cleaned in a timely fashion. The reason I scored this lower is that I have to get my new shirts altered after they are cleaned 1-2 times They get stretched out to a point that they no longer fit appropriately. I'm on my 11th shirt for this process and its expensive to have the sleeve length and body of the shirt altered especially when they are new shirts.
Missing a Ellen Tracy blouse which was supposed to be ready Friday, checked back on Saturday your staff still couldn't locate. I told them I would check my closet to make sure I had'nt picked it up and then called to tell them that you still must have my blouse and was told the manager was coming in two hours and they would call me back, but so far I have not heard from anyone.
Took about 20 minutes to find my order and for the tenth time, they put barcode stickers in all of my clothing even though I have it in my file not to and specifically asked at drop-off not to. Rea wouldn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience. For the prices you charge and the long amount if time you take to clean, and never seemingly able to follow a simple instruction I’m pretty sure I am going to have to look for a new dry cleaners. I’ve given Perfect Cleaners way too many chances.
Last time I went to this cleaners they lost my items. This time, they gave me my items along with someone else's, and I had to go back to return them. They don't seem to be organized at all.
I had a cotton men’s shirt laundered and pressed. I was charged $8.00 for hand pressing! I have never paid this high a price even in Manhattan. They did a great job but very overpriced.
One shirt still had the same stain you were supposed to remove in the first place. You changed the cost of cleaning another shirt from the promised $3.5 to $8 because you hand ironed it. Another item was supposed to be ready in a week, it is still not ready and the staff don't know it's whereabout.
Hi quality service
Been using them for 9 years. For the past 6-8 months i get my shirts back missing buttons. I have my shirts custom made because I'm too tall for OTR, so it is not a change in quality off the shirts. I have gone into the shop and asked about the missing buttons and they said they would put a note on my account to always check. But sure enough, at least one a week one of my shirts is missing a button on the cuff or chest. This is fine when at home as I can just grab another shirt, but when traveling, it's a real issue. Used PC for 10 years. Expensive, but good quality. Recently, they ruined a $400 linen shirt I had recently purchased (and had worn < 5x). Came back with massive holes under each armpit, under which they had sewed abysmal-looking white patches. Then told me it was my fault. They didn't mention a problem when I dropped-off the shirt, and they didn't tell me about the problem when I picked-up the shirt. I didn't find out until I saw the shirt at home that it was completely ruined. Completely unacceptable.
