read other review . Terrible service with bad attitude
Was baited in with a please come do business here with a 20% discount. Brought 10 of my favorite pieces. Was denied discount upon pickup and nasty girl at counter refused to honor even when showed the email and explained I’m a loyal customer for 5 years. Left angry and won’t be back.
rude unhelpful service person no sense of customer service kept on repeating increased pricing policies in a hostile manner will never go back -- offered no discounts and understandable reasons for differing price structure(customer over 15 yrs)
My experience is always terrible when a certain employee is working. She is younger with long hair and glasses. Her attitude is unfriendly. I spoke with another employer about an item that needed to be redone and when I went to pick it up she tried to charge me for it although I had already spoken with a manager about it. She is the reason I will NEVER go back. My building does business with them and from my repeated terrible experiences with this one employee I am having them switch cleaners.
They attempted to fix a small moth hole and ruined my Prada shirt. They should have sent to a specialist or told me that this isn’t their specialty. They never took responsibility
Pick up my clothing that was visibly dirty and I was told it’s because I waited three weeks to pick it up and that it’s dusty in the cleaners. When I pointed out the it’s covered the person just smiled.
DON’T USE THIS DRY CLEANERS!!! I would not recommend Perfect Cleaners to my worst enemy. I used them twice, because they are close to where I live. The first time they missed the day and time they told me my clothes would be ready by. I gave them another chance, thinking maybe it was a miscommunication. The second time was even worse than the first. I came to pick up my suit and shirts. They handed me the shirts and then couldn’t find the suit pants. I’ve only been a customer at Perfect Cleaners for about a year because my favorite dry cleaner closed. The team who work there are really friendly and try to be helpful, and It is in a convenient location which is a plus. However, the prices were high compared to other cleaners when I first starting bringing in my cleaning and last month the prices were raised. Worst of all, too often my cleaning is returned and they were unable to remove the stains. Yet I still pay full price?!? Time to find another dry cleaner.
