Been coming here for 15 years. Used to be good. Not anymore. Staff is friendly but very poorly trained. Two separate issues, six months apart, with 4 different staff mis-quoting me prices for comforter dry cleaning. Happened again yesterday and manager corrected my price to the quote (again), BUT...brought it home, took it out of the bag, and it's been dry cleaned with CHEMICALS!!! This place is a hit-or-miss, depending on who checks in your clothes. I've been going to this place for over a year and noticed whenever one particular employee checked in my dry cleaning, she wouldn't mark out the stains with a piece of tape. So when it was time to pick up my dry cleaning, the stains were missed. So frustrating, several times I had to wait two weeks to get one item cleaned/re-cleaned.

I picked up my cleaning on Friday and gave him my clothes to be cleaned, and my credit card . He said the bill was 40 something and charged it. I said, I had just received an email from you saying it was $30.10 and showed it to him. He yelled back (not at me but to the back of the store) "Did anyone send an email?" I asked to see the manager, but after waiting a few minutes I decided to take both my clean and dirty clothes and leave. My clothes turned out fine. A few stains left on two tops that I thought could be taken out. To be quite honest, I think your prices are way too high. With a 25% off coupon, I still paid about $54 to clean five cotton tops. It wasn't even a rush order. I wouldn't even consider returning without a really good coupon
I have to say I have been quite disappointed recently. One of my scheduled bags of clothing was not delivered on the promised date. I had to go to the store and track down its whereabouts, only to be told that it would be delivered five days after it was due. It was only after I pointed out that this was the companies mistake that the girl agreed to have it delivered one day earlier. Excellent staff, but again, the white shirts' collars are not entirely cleaned at your place. I am taking at least my white shirts to another cleaner that makes sure the white collars are clean from any dirt.
Perfect Cleaners does a phenomenal job of removing stains. Plus they are incredibly nice. I will never go to another dry cleaning shop.
