Took my daughter’s jacket in to be cleaned and picked up and didn’t check it until I got home. Still had a yogurt stain on it. I should have at least been told it didn’t come out and they couldn’t get a yogurt stain out? Really? This is a dry cleaner. Very disappointed.
I paid for 7 trousers to be dry cleaned and pressed. What I have seen so far is trousers washed and placed on hangers. The lady at the register said the steamer was broken. Yet I was charged full price. I can wash and hang.
White dress shirt was returned with the collar still dirty. Creases were pressed into the shirt as well
I dropped off a suit on Friday morning to have it cleaned and ready for Sunday performance. I received a notification that it was ready for pick up Friday afternoon, so I went and got it. This evening, when I got it out of the bag to get it ready, I noticed that the pocket handkerchief that originally came with the suit was missing. I took 12 items to be cleaned Wednesday for a return Friday and only got 11 items back. I was told to check backMonday. Now I have to purchase a pair of black jeans to wear to my work tonight.
I got the coat back two weeks past the time i was told. When i called to ask about it the guy said he'd call me back and never did. I got a a zipper put on. I cost $35. It is a cheap plastic zipper. And there is a hole inside jacket that wasn't there before
I’ve made 2 trips Monday and Tuesday, but not all of my clothes were there. They were brought in together and were supposed to be done Monday
Going on a trip and wanted tops washed n starched. Paid extra for expedited service. Starching was not done and that is the main point of giving tops to u. Ur personnel kept saying “we understand”. Who cares if u understand but do nothing.
Processed order properly and delivered ahead of schedule. In and out within 5 minutes. What else can I ask for!
