I usually take 5-8 shirts in every Wednesday I've been very happy with the quality of the cleaning and pressing. However, the past couple of weeks the collars have been twisted or over lapping other parts of the collar. I took them back to be redone and they took them, no questions asked. Re-did them, no cost. I can count on peerless doing a beautiful job and getting my clothes back quickly. Also the clothes do not have a laundry smell. The people that work there are very friendly and informative.

You guys do a great job everytime and are super convenient! I have used you for a few years now and can't think of anyone better. I did have one scenario where a shirt came back without a button on the sleeve. Do you guys do any mending as well?

Thank you for the 5-star review Cameron. Sorry to hear about your shirt missing a button. Please bring it back and we will replace it. There is never any charge to replace shirt buttons. Not sure what mending you need done, but we do alterations. Next time your in or if you prefer, you can call us and talk to you about the mending you need. Not sure if it is something we do or we might consider it an alteration. But you can call our office at 260.422.9374 and talk to our receptionist.
I have had a number of items cleaned at your store and every visit has been with excellent cleaning. Thank you, very much for taking good care of my items. The people working their are so nice and friendly and open. They help make it easy to leave my items because I know they care about my items as much as I do.
