I am a business owner and i brought laundry ti be done for business. I had a few items that had more stains on them than when i brought them in. I had 5 items ruined and was reimbursed for two of them. The procedure for reimbursement was fine, the items that were ruined were not cheap and the questioning about the price i paid for the items was unprofessional. You have already refused to give me any relief on charging me $35 to totally ruin a comforter and then refused to even reimburse me for the $35 let alone making an accommodation on the destroyed bedding. So I am out...with my small volume of business, I will not hurt you but I will never use you again
I sent an e-mail last week about a shirt that was not ok at all and no response yet.
Tried to pick up items at 6:55 today, but shop was closed.
I brought in my wedding dredd to be dry cleaned ,pressed and preserved. And the buttons on the back weren't cleaned. No staff opened the dress to inspect, so didn't realize into days after I was home. I'm in a neck brace due to a life-threatening auto accident with brain injury ,multiple other injuries and I'm unable to lift up anything over 10lbs. It would've been very helpful to inspect the dress beforehand. Is there anyway to make this right?
Drivers left clothes hanging on my door when they were not supposed to. When I called there was no return call. When I called a second time all I got was a bad attitude.
Horrible I will never use you. I asked if you could clean my item and your company keep mybitem for 2 weeks . No calls, no notification - i went to pick up my item to fond it on the floor and nothing was done. Nothing not cleaned.
You put a hole in my afghan; never said you were sorry or offered compensation for it. You handed it back to me not even in plastic. I am shouting it from the roof tops to every one I know & see NOT to bring their business to you. Don't forget what goes around comes around.
