Could have been better if we could have come to a deal where i get a better discount on a uniform (shirt/ pant) combination. I was guaranteeing you 30 shirts and pants weekly and the best deal you could cut me was $0.25 off the combo? Not worth my time ill continue to shop around. Im worth more than $0.125 cents off of my shirt and likewise for pants.
Employee held door open for me Thursday and gave me my 3 items.
I got an email on 8/31 for 25% off all dry cleaning and shirts. Great gesture, but why over Labor Day and for only that day? It's like you want to be nice and get our business back but not really extending a true coupon.
Awful won’t go here again. Starched collar wrong and gave me someone else’s dry cleaning, if I wouldn’t have said something I would have walked out with someone else’s dry cleaning.
This was the second time in three visits that my article of clothing was not clean. When I drop off my jacket, I showed person at peerless The food on the sleeve of my jacket. When I picked it up it was not completely clean. I had to put in for re-cleaning, this was the second time in my last three visits this happened. I’m not sure what else I need to do to make sure they clean things the right way-frustrating.

Dupont Road location. Took shirts there. First, no smiles no greeting. Then couldn’t spell my name and couldn’t find me in their computer. Once we figured out they couldn't spell I was found. They NEVER went through my shirts and asked if any special needs. Collars Etc.... stuff got missed. Terrible experience. We never patronize the Dupont location again.
You allowed my x wife to steal my clothes and you won't prosecute? Ok f u too
The wen that helped me when I dropped off my item did not greet me and barely made eye contact. Tried to show her a strain on my item and she didn't even look. Just said she would pre treat but couldn't guarantee that it would come out. A different person helped me when I picked my item up who was wonderful. The stain did not come out of my item so I honestly don't it was pre treated. My item was pressed but I don't think I will be returning to your business. This is the second time my item has not been cleaned properly.
