delivery pick up and delivery is great, always perfect. One complaint though, nothing to do with delivery.... that is how items are wrapped. This week I had 2 women's suits cleaned. Rather than wrapping each suit separately, one suit was wrapped with the pants for the second suit and the second jacket wrapped alone. other times like items are wrapped all mixed together, rather than for example all men's shirts together and all women's skirts or pants together. would greatly appreciate better grouping when wrapping clea... read more

Excellent service. Very efficient and reliable delivery people that put customer service first. Everything is cleaned, pressed and even repaired if necessary (i.e. loose or missing buttons). One less errand I have to do with this reliable pick up and drop off service.
