I usually wash and iron my own shirts, but when I travel, I bring them to you so that, folded with cardboard and in a plastic bag, they'll arrive at my destination with pretty good shape. The prior time I brought shirts to you, I asked for them folded and boxed and when I picked them up was handed shirts on hangers. So this time, thinking perhaps I hadn't made myself clear, I made it expressly clear that I was traveling, and why I needed them folded, not on hangers. I am consistently pleased with the quality of the cleaning service at Nor' East Cleaners. I trust you to get the most stubborn stains out of my clothes. That's important to me. I have also noticed that in the past 6 months to a year, the folks at the desk are significantly more friendly. I really struggled with how unpleasant the employees were.
