Having Nor'East Cleaners has been simply wonderful. Not only are the pick ups convenient for a busy life, they take good care of the clothes you entrust to them.
For the most part good. Very consistent delivery service which I appreciate. I am concerned about your process to clean shirts. I am very surprised at the number of buttons you need to be replaced. I just got my shirts back and had sent in two new shirts, never worn, to be laundered. One of them came back with a tag that indicated that you had replaced a button. Not sure why that would be necessary on a brand new shirt, other than the way it was handled at your end. Not the first issue I have had...

I have nothing but compliments for Nor'east. They are efficient, always on time and always pleasant. My clothes have never looked better and they sew on loose buttons without being asked, what cleaner still does that?!
Great delivery experience. Work is done properly and promptly. It would have been five stars, except I have a $ 5 coupon for the first delivery that has yet to be applied.
