You did great! The cleaning job was excellent; I appreciated the attention to detail on the bad stain, thank you! The turn around time is great, but best of all is your staff of young people. Each and every one of them is pleasant, respectful and well informed. Unfortunately, rare qualities found in youth today. What a great team! My only suggestion would be that you're careful with your clip hangers. I had a velvet scarf cleaned and they made dents in the fabric. Velvet is known for that. I have never had a problem before, but I picked up the beginning of this week my Brooks Brothers wool with ten percent cashmere coat. While the coat is several years old, I was disappointed firstly that it seemed to be covered with lint or some kind of fur, which I tried to remove and also, up around the neck area, the inside lining is torn, which was not the case when I brought the coat in.
