Everything perfect!
Competitors have tried to move in on Nor'east territory with lower pricing, but I've stuck with you because of the great service and good care of our garments. I've never had a piece of clothing damaged or lost (unlike other cleaners). One thought I had was whether you could provide those little plastic things that slip into the collars of non-button down shirts (I don't know what they're called). That would be a nice touch that wouldn't be a big expense to you. You could remove them before cleaning too so they don't get bro... read more

I had a zipper installed and a pocket sewed by Chanty. When I picked up She had forgotten to sew the pocket. I spoke with Danielle and she had me bring it back and Chanty sewed it on the spot! Great service and great job by them all around, as always. Thank you!
