The quality is great, but pricing is high. That may be only true to the area, as I lived in Akron, Ohio and would pay 1/2 these rates. No issue. It also seems to take a while to get the clothes back. That is more concerning for me.
Order was ready when stated, employee was fast, friendly and courteous. VERY pleased with the service.

Not first time using your business. Did not receive an email on my order . Quality service face to face. Quality cleaning of my garmet. Friendly staff.
I dropped off 2 Brooks Bros shirts for laundry on 12/3 at the Morse location. When I went to pick them up on 12/10 I was told that there was no record of them, although the attendant remembered my bringing them in. He said he would check and get back to me today. I haven’t heard.
