The ease of pick up and delivery is great. However, the use of plastics over the last year has been crazy. I feel its increase substantially and some of the eco friendly reasons we joined the original service for has gone away.

Hi Adam, We are sorry about that; it is necessary for us to cover the clothes to protect them in the delivery process because we have found they can get quite dirty if we don't protect them. We always encourage our customers to reuse the plastic bags for trash bags (great for leaves or other light landscaping materials). Please keep in mind we do take the hangers back and we reuse and recycle them. Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your business.
My laundry was packed up when agreed, returned when promised and cleaned well.

After buying new sheets that cost too much I was nervous sending out but they came back!! Yay! Nice to be able to trust good service!!

Very easy process to schedule pickup and receive our laundry at our door. We like the reusable laundry bag. We wish the reusable bag was made larger that the completed laundry and dry cleaning could be returned in the same reusable bag and thus do away with the plastic bags.

I needed a last-minute pickup, and despite being short-handed, they made it happen without hesitation.
