Thank you so much for stepping up! I dropped my clothes off to a closing location, tide called and waived the fee and cleaned my dirty clothes and dropped them off the day after. Excellent customer service!

The cleaning itself appears immaculate, but the order took longer than expected and, for the second time, I had to contact the provider to find my clothing instead of having the information available in the app.

Couldn’t be more happy with Tide Cleaners. My clothes always come back in great condition Everyone I have deal with in the company is eager to help and customer service oriented. They did an early drop off for me because I had to leave unexpectedly on a trip and needed some of the clothes I was having cleaned. Great people, great company.

Delivery is great! Dry cleaning and pressing does not meet expectations for price Dresses still wrinkled; blue dress had spots on front and looked like it was washed and not dry cleaned..I gave it away Beige dress was not pressed and needs ironing Shirts are satisfactory
