Rough at first after the conversion from our old cleaner due to merger but very smooth now!
We have been using Tide cleaners for years and have never been disappointed. They do a wonderful job of cleaning all types of fabric; linen, wool, silk, cashmere, whatever. Garments come back perfect. They also do a great job with table linens and napkins.
