We converted from another cleaner whose owners had retired and service has had a few hiccups over our first two deliveries. Communication of new policies was retroactive and it is difficult to make contact with issues. Orders are now split into multiple orders delivered on different dates. Other customers’ orders were charged to our account on one week but this appears to have been resolved. I miss the reusable bags which are now replaced with plastic bags that are not reusable.

The prices are competitive and reasonable, and they are super consistent. My work shirts are always in perfect shape and I love they put a plastic collar thing on them to keep the collar from folding over as much. It’s helpful that they pick up and drop off at my place of work and the system works really well.
