To address what's perhaps the most obvious criterion, the cleaning is as good as you can get. The shirts are hung if I ask for them to be hung, and they're folded if I ask for them to be folded. Everything comes carefully packaged and delivered. They're immediately responsive online and via e-mail or phone if you have any questions. I've used them for more than a decade, and I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone.

The ease of pick up and delivery is great. However, the use of plastics over the last year has been crazy. I feel its increase substantially and some of the eco friendly reasons we joined the original service for has gone away.

Hi Adam, We are sorry about that; it is necessary for us to cover the clothes to protect them in the delivery process because we have found they can get quite dirty if we don't protect them. We always encourage our customers to reuse the plastic bags for trash bags (great for leaves or other light landscaping materials). Please keep in mind we do take the hangers back and we reuse and recycle them. Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your business.
My laundry was packed up when agreed, returned when promised and cleaned well.
