They have great service! Always text a reminder, pick up when needed and drop off the following Monday! Great communication and have had no issues with cloths!

All the communication is done through text message. They let you know when they are in the area.
Mile High has gone above and beyond expectations each time we have used them- they have called Canada to (to me, the mother) to arrange special pickup when the dorm pickup spot was locked, and they have waited other times while doing pick up for my child to run and get last-minute items from his dorm room and been generally helpful with last-minute requests. The cleaning is excellent, too.
