My dress returned damaged, I tried to send it back multiple times but had to wait two weeks for you guys to email me the return label. After sending it back and again waiting 2 weeks my dress was once again damaged. At this point instead of the headache and lack of customer service I am forced to look at my wedding dress with the damages in plain sight! Thanks for nothing!
When I received my preserved gown back from Memories, it was sealed in the shrink-wrapped box as expected, but the bodice of the dress was completely bunched up and wrinkled.
I was very dissatisfied with the presentation of my gown. I paid extra to have the special box, and my dress isn't very well placed in the box. The box itself looks rather cheap, and when I call about the placement of my dress inside my box I was told I would be called back. Nothing so far and it's been over two weeks.
The gown and veil was pressed and put in the box beautifully. Unfortunately, there is a very noticeable ribbon that says "Memories Gown Preservation" across the front of the bodice. The bodice of my dress is very intricate and it is my favorite part, but when I look at it all I see the ribbon. The worst part is that I cannot take the ribbon off so I can actually see the full bodice because I would have to open the box, thus breaking the preservation seal. My sash was removed off my dress and replaced wrong. it now looks awful in the box. The sash was supposed to be right under the beaded area (i had already paid to have it sewn it exactly how I wanted it) and now it is inches below and looks terrible!
Great customer service but I am not super happy a how my dress looks in the box. There is a giant wrinkle through the middle of it. Is this normal?

I had recieved my gown and I had to return it because the personalization was wrong. I contacted customer service who sent me the return label. After waiting 2 weeks I finally was so excited to receive my gown back. I open the box and nothing had been corrected. It was still spelled the same as when I had returned it. It's so frustrating to go thru the lengthy shipping return process and it still be wrong. So I had to call customer service AGAIN and ship my dress back AGAIN. So I am still waiting on my dress to be correct.
I like the concept of this company, but I'm a little disappointed with what happened recently. Somehow my box got a small hole in the plastic and a fly got in. I called the company to explain. They sent me a shipping label via UPS. I took my dress to the UPS Store where I had to buy a $10 box to ship it. The company received my dress and they called and left a voicemail about a question they had with the dress. This was Monday.
