Unfortunately, my box arrived ripped, and poking the plastic wrap. My dress has a ribbon tied around it inside the box, in a place that make it look very funky, not gorgeous and elegant, the reasons why I chose the dress and loved the dress on my wedding day.
Gown looks great! Only complaint is you guys emailed me asking if I wanted a service I already paid for, when I emailed back asking to make sure I already paid you guys never emailed me in return and ignored my two emails afte that! So you guys did good work but your customer service apparently sucks.....
The package came and I almost didn't want to open the packing box so I could store it and help the dress be better preserved, but then I thought I better check it out to see how it looked. So I opened the brown packing box and pulled out another box except this one was white with a beautiful display of my wedding gown, gloves, veils, and...a purse? I didn't have a purse nor did the gold threading on it match anything of mine. Oh no! I think someone is missing a purse! I really want to return the purse to it's rightful owner.... read more
I am unsatisfied with my preservation. I promptly received my gown via UPS, but was disappointed to find that the box had been badly bent and torn in various places, and the plastic seal (marked on the box as very important as it keeps out dust and oxidation) had a large slit at the very top of the box. I attempted to call and email the provided contact information on the box, only to have never been contacted back regarding my issue even after a full week's time. Hi. From what I am tell, I'm assuming the dress is cleaned. However, I specifically payed extra and asked for the sequins to be fixed, and they weren't. I haven't opened the box, but I don't need to because the sequins that needed to be fixed are in the bust area. I definitely wouldn't go through this service again.
Dress was returned to us with packing box and dress box both mashed in several areas. Dress box was ripped and damaged. Sent email for customer service assistance. No reply from company. Dry disappointed in the service.
The process was easy enough. However, my point of dissatisfaction is with the packaging that the boxed gown was shipped in. The box my gown was preserved in was not padded/protected at all during shipping and was crushed at the top corner. Some of the tissue inside is falling down on top of the gown as a result and there is damage to the box itself.
My dress came back very fast and looked beautiful! However, the box came very damaged and it's disappointing. I do not even want to display it with how bad it looks.
There is a giant gap at the top and you can't see the beautiful diamond patch on the waist. A little sad.
