I bought this product and was excited, I'm unhappy that after sending my dress a second time I'm even more upset. The dress is not centered in the box and it looks worse more of the details are filed up and the bead work is still missing. I would never recommend using this service, for $189.00 plus the extra $15 to add my veil I'm very disappointed! What a humongous let down... One very sad bride!
My dress had a belt with flowers on it that were folded and smashed up against the inside of the preservation box. Also the bottom left corner of the box was damaged in shipping I am assuming. I would suggest putting it in a larger shipping box with lots of bubble wrap or Styrofoam to prevent this from happening. The dress appears to be very clean though, so I am happy about that. I also like how the preservation box is wrapped in plastic.
With the dress being preserved, can't really tell how the rest of the dress looks. Was charged an extra 60.00 with no explanation as to what the charges were for…. Only knew about these extra charges by my bank statement. So to say I'm satisfied with the dress, I don't know at this point. What did you do with the hem, did you get it completely clean???? The hanger that I sent in with my new last name was placed inside the box, on top of the dress BACKWARDS. Also I'm afraid that the hanger will stain the dress overtime, since it's sitting on top of the fabric. I sent an email complaining , but I haven't heard back.
I had my gown shipped to Memories Gown Preservation and happened have my address wrong by one number. I called the store to have it changed on their end, and they said they would call UPS. They never did, so I was left in the dark for a few days until UPS called me to find the right address. It was incredibly stressful to not know where my expensive gown was. Your Rating is a -0. Very disappointed in your service. Ashley, an employee of your company, blamed that UPS left my daughter's wedding gown at the wrong address, but it was not UPS's fault. It was the mistake of someone putting the incorrect address on the package label. Unprofessional! Would never and will never use you or ever recommend your company! You have no idea the anxiety I had to experience! I should refunded ALL of my money!
Hated it. The stomach part of the the dress was bunched up and pushed against the plastic. No bide wants her dress to look pregnant sitting in a box. Not happy. Luckily I only have to do this once. My mom and I will be re packing the box.
My overall experience was great, but when I received someone else's wedding dress a week after I received mine, I questioned the accuracy of their work.
