I got my dress back quick and it looked perfect except I was missing 3 decorative clips that I payed over $150 for on my belt. When I called I got two different very nice people that just couldn't figure out what happened. I was told to email a picture of items that they lost or misplaced so they could find them? Have yet to hear back after a week and a half. Very upset and displeased that my deceased grandmothers broach was one of the items missing! Hopefully I can get a hold of someone that can find my personal property!
At first glance, the box and my gown looks great, however, I saw right away that there is a plastic price tag string sticking out of the right side of the bodice. I did not notice it when I was wearing the dress, but I can't believe the gown preservation person didn't cut it off or at least tuck it back into the gown so that it would not be so noticeable in the box. The first time I received my dress back it had someone else's sash on my dress. I called and was told they were going to send my postage to send it back. 2 weeks later I called back and they then emailed me the postage. I sent the dress back out and got it back right away. However, it is crookedain the box and not centered. In the top inside of the box there is what looks like paper that is pinned to the top that is hanging down in view. I was shocked that my gown looked as if it was in a casket. I have stored it away out of sight due to that fact!
My gown looks awesome, it's too bad my box is damaged on the front side so I can't display it anywhere.
My 3-star rating is not because I was displeased with the quality of work on my dress...that was exactly as promised. My rating is because I paid extra to have my box detailed with my husband and I's names and our wedding date. Well, that was officially butchered as our first and last names were misspelled. The company paid for return shipping, but didn't offer to waive any of our purchasing price. Because we live in a rural area, I had to drive 50 miles to get to a UPS store to have it reshipped. When I received the gown I did not realize that the seal ( plastic covering) would be so thin. I also did not get the personalization that I had requested. Not sure about what items had been counted. I had paid for it but it's not on box. The dress appears to be preserved correctly. There is no way to tell the bottom was cleaned as it had some dirt on it after the wedding. Somehow my credit card information was improperly put into their system to they had to call me to get it again. It was shady at first. I had to ask the lady to prove she had my dress and that this wasn't a scam. Figure out a way to better identify yourselves and being allowed to input the CC number once, ISN'T a good system!
I shipped my dress and paid for the gown to have alterations made to it to the beading area. Which wasn't done. Received a voicemail stating that my dress would be fixed and pictures would be emailed to me before being shipped out, which never happened. I received my dress back and it looks like nothing was even done to it at all. Still the same areas need fixed. How do I even know it was cleaned? I'm afraid to open to check. I'm so dissatisfied.
