My gown came back gorgeous. However, they don't ship to PO boxes and offered no solution when I told them I have no alternate address. The owner gave no explanation or suggestions when I asked what she does when this happens and if she has any clue as to how the bridal stores go about their business when suggesting the preservation kit. She contracts with these stores she should have a clue as to how they operate and should tell them to stop suggesting PO box ad an option when it isnt. Dress looks as beautiful as the day I got married in it. However the packing really has me disappointed. There is a large sticker on the window that says not to remove the gown from its protective seal. So if I try to remove the sticker I will ruin the preservation. Also the tissue paper that was used to line the box fell and is covering the top half of my dress. Pretty upset that I can only enjoy looking at the bottom half of the dress.

My gown looks lovely in the display box. I am pleased with the preservation results. The only reason for not giving Memories Gown Preservation a 5 star rating is purely economical. I paid a set price to initially purchase the preservation kit. When I put my gown and veil and slip in the box and filled out the forms, I ended up having to pay a bit extra than the original price of the kit, and I didn't even add any unreasonable extras or get added insurance. Very quick.. However did not get specs of dirt off top part of dress. Which was not where when I sent the dress in. So now when people see my dress they see dirt specs

My dress was not placed in the "memory" box shown in the picture. It is in a box that has David's Bridal written all over it. My dress is not even from David's Bridal. It looks tacky in this box like a giant advertisement. Maybe if I had purchased a dress from David's Bridal, I could tolerate this, but I didn't. It is very aggravating. I don't know if they can fix it at this point, but I think the situation should be rectified.

The front of the gown was a little crooked like one shoulder was put higher then the other but other then that I am happy came back weeks faster then what I thought. Was told 6 weeks but it took like 2 or 3 weeks

I recieved my dress in the mail between 6-8 weeks as stated. The dress itself looks beautiful from what I can tell but.... The box it came in was taped together with 5 different pieces! It was a wreck! Could not send it in one solid box? Then I took the brown mailing box pieces off to find the preservation box... Specifically says do not break the seal or box for best results. I'm looking at the box my gown is in and it has box cutter slices all over it! The best part the sticker that says "for best results" is sliced! I cal... read more

I received my dress back VERY quickly. In more like 2 weeks than the 6 suggested. The dress looks pretty framed by my veil and with the garter in front. However, the dress has a big scrunch in it halfway down as if the body form its placed in is too large for it. As the dress is a sheath style, there should be no visible scrunching at all. This definitely detracts from the display of it, and that is why I've dropped 2 stars.. As one of the main purposes is to be able to admire the beauty of the gown. Otherwise the dress see... read more
