Fast service. Beautiful job.
The service was very quick which was nice. However, my dress came back obviously creased incorrectly in the box.

I had a wonderful experience with my dress preservation. At first i was nervous about sending the dress off but i was very surprised when it came back within 2 weeks looking just as beautiful as the day i got it. I am very excited that i used the preservation kit for my dress!
I received my gown back in a couple weeks. After cleaning my dress came out excellent. I had waiting about a year before sending it so I'm pleasantly surprised it came out so well. My only criticism is that the packaging didn't showcase my bling at the waist. With so much dress to put it there it's understandable.
I was so happy with the way the dress came out! It arrived right on time, and the whole process was very easy. Don't know how it all fit in the box... But it looks great! Very nicely done. Doesn't take up a lot of space into house.
